It seems like we’ve been talking about November for the past four years.
Most of the news coverage focuses on the presidential elections. They may be at the top of the ballot, but their impact is small.
State and local politics play a huge role in your quality of life. Should we withhold nutritional assistance from hungry Missouri children? Should teenagers be allowed to carry guns onto college campuses? Should state officials be punished for doing their jobs? These are a few of the issues discussed in the Missouri legislature just last week.
I am running for State Representative because I want to improve the lives of Missouri families. But I face an uphill battle. My likely Republican opponent has already received a twenty-five thousand dollar check from California, nearly a year before the election. I need your support today to make my voice, and yours, heard this election cycle. I am running for the Missouri House in the 91st District, which includes Webster Groves, Crestwood and Shrewsbury.
Most of my financial support so far has been from the St. Louis region, from donations of $100 or less. Can you support me with a contribution today so that I can make my voice heard to voters?
Thank you so much for your support. Words cannot express how much it means to me.
